The TT has the ability to wash anything up to 6m wide by any length. The 6.5m internal width means it can be doubled up and wash two 3m sheets at once. As there is no top roller like other models there is no limit to the length of sheet that can be washed. This means that we have designed a machine that has the versatility of washing and drying.

The innovation of the machine gives the user the advantage of continuous use. Staff will be connecting the tents to one another using the wide range of connecting bars and shotgun systems we have developed for simplicity of loading and unloading.

This means that the only time the machine stops is so your staff can catch up or have their (well earned) break! Whereas on all other machines loading and unloading can’t be done at the same time, on the TT it is required to optimise the result. In addition, waste has been reduced, no time is lost whilst operating the machine if your staff are efficient. Therefore, optimising your turnaround time.

Whereas previously our machines only had one dip tank, the TT has one large dip tank that holds 8000L of concentrated water and another rinse tank that holds 2000L of fresh water. Our machine has cutting edge filtration technology. As soon as the wash jets are turned on, the water in the tank gets pumped through carbon filters. These remove up to 99 percent of total suspended solids, volatile organic compounds, sediment, chloramines and other contaminants.

Upgraded Technology
The technology has also been upgraded. The chief operator can control the entire machine from the remote that is on his lanyard. It was at the top of our priority that we kept the machine safe. The machine has emergency E-STOPS on every corner and prime operating positions. We have added magnetic trips and trip wires that if tripped immediately stop the machine. This means that not only being the most efficient machine on the market it is also the safest.

With the ability to wash 4 linear metres a minute we have created a machine that is far more efficient than the next best machine available, all whilst improving the washing and drying of the tent, and not losing the simplicity of operation.

There is no other machine on the market that can wash as much as the TT in a day.

The machine has been designed so that as the tents come out clean and dry can then be unloaded and flaked from the machine straight into storage boxes, ready to be sent out to site again or stored for the off season. This removes any reason to worry about the risk of mould and damage.
