PREWASH TREATMENT

During the prewash stage your dirty cover is gently pulled through the dip tank and onto the top roller, ensuring that it has full submersion in the prewash chemicals.

Using a concentrated diptank eliminates the need for lengthy sinking and soaking, AND reduces effort previously required in lifting and maneuvering wet sections. This method of prewash treatment ensures minimal chemical wastage, is less labour intensive and thus more cost effective and sustainable.

THE WASH

To start the wash process, the top cartridge holding the cover moves to the centre of the machine where it is unrolled through specialist brushes to the holding bay below.

Our machines uniquely use individual electric motors with a soft start /stop to control each brush roller, which enables you to tune the speed of rotation to the perfect speed to optimise the cleaning results.

There are three speed settings; slow for intense cleaning of dirty covers, with faster speeds for quick cleans.

RINSING & DRYING

Using high pressure pumps and the water filtration system, our machines are able to thoroughly rinse your covers removing all traces of chemicals and residues, whilst saving water through a recycling process.

To improve the drying process to ensure that your covers are 100% dry, we have employed expert consultants to specifically design the fans and ducts to not only provide amazing results but more efficiently too.

FLAKING & PACK AWAY

In the final stage of the cleaning process, your cover can be unrolled on the reverse side of the machined where it can be easy flaked and packed away with the confidence that it is thoroughly clean and 100% dry.
